The retail environment brings many unique challenges and gives you the opportunity to impact millions of users each day with YOUR work!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Development & Support:Use the Java programming language to design, code and implement applicationsStay current on all new technologies and help integrate them into development environmentsUse your creativity to maximize efficiency of applicationsWork with end users to troubleshoot problems as they ariseLearn, understand, and maintain an extensive knowledge of User's operations to provide communication regarding User's requirementsActively participate in developing program specifications, writing code, testing and implementing program changes and program developmentCreate test plans and thoroughly test/debug all programs prior to implementationWork closely with Team Leaders and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on timeCreate training and documentation for the Developers and Software Engineers on your teamPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors or Associates degree in related field OR equivalent experienceStrong proficiency of Java and SQL programming languagesExperience with jUnit and automated scenario testingObject Oriented Design (3-5 years professional experience required)Experience performing code reviewExcellent software troubleshooting skillsExcellent design and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsWork well on both individual and team-oriented projectsMust be highly motivated, and a team-oriented personLOCATION: EAU CLAIRE, WITRAVEL REQUIRED?
