Real Estate Investors Wanted? This is not flipping homes or trying to sell you a training course.
Seasoned real estate investor looking for qualified partners/investors. I am looking for those having at least $25-50K that can be invested in the purchase of apartments with the intent to assure stabilization and growth. Suitable candidates are those whose investment would not change their standard of living. Experience shows that poor choices are made when strapped for cash. All investment funds will be placed in trust as an FDIC insured financial institution and released only as agreed.

Ideal candidates will have a trade to bring to the table (electrician, plumber, HVAC, banking, etc.) but not required. While I am looking for active partners, no day-to-day operational time is needed. I will coordinate all property management within agreed upon terms.
