Life and Health Customer Service Representative The Insurance Center is currently recruiting qualified applicants for a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position is available at our Eau Claire office. Preference will be given to applicants with prior Life and Health insurance experience and to those who hold a Wisconsin Life and Health license. Applicants must be able to handle multiple duties, work within established deadlines, possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and computer experience (including Word and Excel). Primary responsibilities will include service of an existing block of business, handling customer service calls from our policyholders, and assisting producers in their marketing efforts.
