Job Description & RequirementsObstetrician / Gynecologist - Physician - (Obstetrics / Gynecology - OB Gyn) Locum TenensStartDate: 12/01/xxxxAvailable Shifts: 40 Hours/Week OB/GYN physician needed to cover clinic as well as hospital coverage in a full time setting for a period of 3 to 6 months. Call coverage in 1 in 4 weeknights and one weekend per month. Obstetrics/gynecology(locum tenens) focuses on women\'s health, caring for pregnant women during child birth and diagnosing and treating conditions of the female anatomy, specifically the reproductive system. An OB/GYN physician diagnoses and provides treatment for medical conditions such as breast and cervical cancer, urinary tract disorders, and hormonal ailments. These physicians also assist and treat pregnant women throughout their pregnancies, regularly monitoring the patient\'s progress and, in many cases, delivering babies and examining newborns.Required QualificationsBoard certified or truly board eligible in OBGYN.Preferred QualificationsPrefer license to practice in Wisconsin, but will license a qualified candidate.Facility LocationThis west-central Wisconsin city lies on the banks of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers, providing plenty of lush green scenery and hiking trails.
